Graduated from the Soviet Aviation Academy in 1990. Served as pilot in the military air forces from 1990 to 1991.

Work and experience:

– Director of External Affairs within the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Moldova, 1991-1992;

– Commercial Director of Air Moldova, 1992-1994;

– founder of Air Moldova International and afferent aviation companies (catering, petrol, handling), 1995-1998;

– General Director of Civil Aviation State Administration of the Republic of Moldova, 1998-2000;

– Minister of Transports and Communications of the Republic of Moldova, 2001.

Currently: private investor.

Languages: Romanian, English, Russian.
